Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee in the Electric Vehicle Unit, based in Sulur. The role involves hands-on training and exposure to electric vehicle technologies, assisting in assembly processes, quality assurance tasks, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. The trainee will also collaborate closely with team members to develop innovative solutions, follow industry developments, and ensure adherence to safety standards. This role offers opportunities to gain practical knowledge and contribute to the company’s electric vehicle initiatives.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Electrical Engineering principles and knowledge of electric vehicle technologies
- Hands-on skills in diagnostics and troubleshooting with a problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail, quality assurance skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, and a keen interest in the electric vehicle industry
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Previous internship or coursework in electric vehicle systems is a plus
