We are hiring trainees for Academic Sales for our ISCHS division (One Test Suite).
This is a 6-month training programme with a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 + incentives.
- Candidates who perform well during training will be offered a full-time role with a competitive salary.
What you will do- Speak with schools, institutions, and professionals
- Present and explain our assessment solutions
- Initiate conversations and build relationships
- Support sales and outreach activities
Who can apply- Graduate or above (mandatory)
- Background in academics, teaching, or psychology is preferred
- Knowledge of skill or career assessments is an added advantage
What we expect- Strong English skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Confidence to start conversations
- Clear personal and career goals
- A strong “go-getter” attitude
- Good working knowledge of: Google Workspace, Excel, Canva and LinkedIn
Work details- Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Holidays: Second Saturday + all mandatory holidays
