Public Area Attendants work diligently to ensure that the cleanliness of all public areas, including, but not limited to: Lobby, Restrooms, and Meeting Spaces. |

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS | - Provide excellent and consistent cleaning service to all guests during the shift.
- Assist guests with questions and requests when approached by being aware of events and activities available at the resort
- Maintain good time management and always completing tasks with a sense of urgency
- Promptly clean and sanitize all public areas on an hourly routine
- Actively follow safety and security procedures
- Recognize and dispatch any maintenance items or safety hazards to the appropriate team member

QUALIFICATIONS | Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to accurately and efficiently report information
- Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance and work environment at all times
- Physical stamina and mobility, including ability to work in hot and cold conditions, lift, reach, kneel, and/or bend for up to eight hours a day
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- 1+ years of cleaning experience. Experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS | - Must be able to remain upright continuously on a firm surface for an 8–10-hour shift.
- Must be able to move at least 20 pounds up to 5 feet high without another person's aid.
- Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
- Must be able to ascend to 12 feet in height on a ladder.
- Must be able to position oneself appropriately to efficiently make beds, carry trash, vacuum, sweep, dust and be able to assist guests with luggage and set up event rooms.
