Marketing Program Manager

Serve as the main PMO point of contact for the Marketing team, supporting divisions, tribes, and squads. Champion our Operational Framework and PMO best practices to drive team performance and deliver business outcomes. Oversee multiple cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution, including new business initiatives in beauty, community, and more. Optimize project workflows using tools like Asana, Confluence, and Slack to increase velocity and visibility. Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements to help teams deliver faster and smarter. Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives. Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, creative, tech, ops). Support tribe/squad setup and governance aligned to PMO methodology. Facilitate regular project reviews and planning sessions. Continuously improve frameworks, tools, and rituals (OKRs, KPIs). Monitor and report on project and team performance. Drive effective, actionable communication and high-quality deliverables.
