🚛 We Are Hiring – Traffic Manager (Logistics & Transportation)
Location: Sanswadi Midc
Pune-Nagar Highway
We are looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to join our growing logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage daily vehicle movements.
* Coordinate with drivers, customers, and transport vendors.
* Ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
* Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
* Monitor GPS tracking and vehicle performance.
* Handle loading, unloading, and shipment scheduling.
* Resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.
* Prepare daily MIS and operational reports.
Requirements:
* 3–7 years of experience in transport/logistics operations.
* Good knowledge of Gujarat–Maharashtra transport routes.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with GPS/Transport Management Systems (TMS) is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
