Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Traffic Manager located in Palwal. The Traffic Manager will oversee and coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services. Responsibilities include managing delivery schedules, monitoring fleet performance, resolving logistics issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with drivers, clients, and internal teams to optimize workflow and services.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle logistics coordination and scheduling effectively
- Proficiency in fleet management and transportation planning processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and ensure timely deliveries
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with drivers, clients, and team members effectively
