Role Description
This Trading Operations Specialist role is responsible for active, real-time monitoring of trading activity and systems, with accountability to act within predefined limits and escalate issues promptly. The position supports live trading operations in a remote, shift-based setup, ensuring the continuous, smooth operation of our trading systems 24/7.
Key Responsibilities
Real-Time Monitoring and Response
- Actively monitor trading activity, positions, balances, limits, and system health across multiple trading venues.
- Identify and respond immediately to system alerts, trade discrepancies, and operational issues in real time.
- Execute predefined corrective actions as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including pausing specific trading activity, adjusting exposure, or managing exchange balances.
Communication and Documentation
- Escalate critical issues clearly, concisely, and efficiently to senior traders or senior operations personnel, providing all necessary context.
- Perform daily reconciliations and generate basic operational reports on trading activity and system performance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed shift handovers and operational logs, ensuring seamless transition between shifts.
- Maintain continuous focus and high discipline in a demanding live trading environment.

- Requirements
Experience and Education
- Junior-level role; fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0-1.5 years of experience) are highly encouraged to apply.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, STEM, or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong, meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to remain focused and composed under pressure in live trading environments.
- Comfortable and proficient in quickly learning and using trading systems, proprietary dashboards, and internal operational tools; no coding knowledge is required.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), high discipline, and proven reliability, especially during critical incidents.
Availability
- Willingness and ability to work six days a week on a rotational shift basis (including morning, afternoon, and night shifts) to cover 24/7 operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to trading operations, financial exchanges, fintech, or general financial markets.
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, or digital asset markets.
