Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Trading Operations Associate with hands-on market execution experience across equities, futures, and options. The role involves live trade execution, broker terminal operations, MT5 management, trade monitoring, and preparation of daily trading MIS/reports.
The ideal candidate should be highly disciplined, fast in execution, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in live market environments.
Essential Requirement
- 2-10 years of work experience in broking houses like Motilal Oswal, Angle One, prop trading firms, or active trading setups
Key Responsibilities
- Execute trades across: Equity cash, Futures, Options, Commodity/index derivatives
- Operate trading platforms including: MT5, Broker terminals/web portals, OMS/RMS systems
- Monitor live positions, orders, margins, and risk exposure
- Prepare daily P&L, brokerage, and performance reports
- Coordinate with brokers for execution/risk/margin issues
- Handle trade reconciliation and reporting
- Monitor strategy deployment and ensure execution accuracy
- Managing back-office operational workflows, execution logs and trade sheets
- Maintain high execution discipline during market hours
Work Shift
- 08:45AM to 06:30PM (Monday to Saturday)
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Trading and in-depth knowledge of Equity and Commodity markets.
- Strong understanding of stock markets, Futures & Options, trade execution, order types and stoploss
- Prior hands-on trading or dealing desk experience
- Familiarity with operating MT5 and multiple broker portals simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure during live markets with strong attention to operational accuracy
- Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Economics, or related fields are preferred.
