Unity Capital Advisors LLP is looking for a Trading Intern to join our in-office trading desk in Surat.
This is a hands-on role designed for candidates who want practical exposure to how systematic trading desks operate in live market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor a live WhatsApp trading channel and execute trades quickly and accurately
• Log and track trade entries, exits, and relevant trade data
• Assist with trade reconciliation and position tracking
• Support the team in maintaining trading records and performance logs
• Gradually gain exposure to backtesting, strategy analysis, and performance reporting
Required Skills & Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Indian financial markets — equity, F&O, and indices (Nifty, Sensex)
• Familiarity with options concepts such as strikes, expiry cycles, premiums, and open interest
• High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Comfort with numbers and quick mental calculations
• Discipline and availability during market hours (9:00 AM – 3:30 PM IST)
• Background in finance, engineering, mathematics, or related fields preferred
