Role Description
## **Trading Analyst – Derivatives**
**📍 Mumbai (In-Office) | 0–2 Years Experience**
We are seeking a market enthusiast to work directly alongside our live trading desk. This role is for those who move beyond theory to understand real-time market drivers.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Trade Support:** Assist traders with data analysis, position tracking, and trade spotting.
* **Market Monitoring:** Track macros, global cues, news flow, and IPOs to identify tradeable opportunities.
* **Client Interaction:** Handle market-related queries and position updates.
* **Synthesis:** Link news and sentiment to actual price movements.
### **Requirements**
* **Qualifications:** CA or CFA (Freshers welcome if you actively follow markets).
* **Mindset:** Analytical, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* **Skill:** Ability to "connect the dots" between macro trends and market behavior.
