Role Description
As a Business Founder for a Trading Academy with Star Net Ltd, you will take full ownership of launching and managing a successful trading academy. This is a full-time, remote role that involves hands-on responsibilities such as strategizing business operations, building and managing a network of clients and partners, implementing marketing strategies, and overseeing the development of trading academy programs. The role also includes coordinating with Star Net Ltd's technological and operational teams to ensure seamless execution, while focusing on building organizational growth and a cohesive business ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in business development, client acquisition, and partnership management
- Knowledge of Forex, Crypto, CFD, or trading industry preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in marketing strategies, sales processes, and network building
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and self-motivate effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Financial acumen and familiarity with business scalability models
- Basic understanding of trading platforms such as MT4 or MT5, and related tools is an advantage
- Previous entrepreneurial or startup experience is a plus
