Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Business Cofounder at Star Net Ltd's Trading Academy. As a Business Cofounder, your responsibilities will include driving the setup and growth of the trading academy, developing sales and marketing strategies, expanding the client base, and establishing strong business networks. You'll also conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze performance metrics, and shape long-term strategies to ensure the academy's success. Collaboration with technical and operational teams to leverage Star Net Ltd's existing ecosystem will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for market research, performance tracking, and strategic planning
- Excellent Communication skills for networking, client interactions, and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth
- Ability to conduct Research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the trading industry
- Experience or interest in the fintech, brokerage, or trading industry is a strong advantage
- Proven entrepreneurial experience or a track record of building business ventures is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage responsibilities in a remote environment
