Role Description
The Trading Academy Business Founder will be responsible for establishing and managing a trading academy within Star Net Ltd. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Delhi Area will involve strategic planning, client acquisition, network building, and growth management. The founder will collaborate with internal teams to set up and operationalize the academy, employing tools and platforms provided by Star Net Ltd. The role requires continuous engagement with stakeholders to drive business expansion and success.
Qualifications
- Business Strategy, Network Development, and Client Acquisition skills
- Understanding of Fintech Solutions, Trading Platforms, and CRM systems
- Experience in Risk Management and Operations in Forex, Crypto, or related sectors
- Strong Communication, Team Leadership, and Entrepreneurial skills
- Ability to work with regulatory frameworks and compliance processes
- Proven experience in building scalable business models and ecosystems
- Familiarity with financial markets, trading strategies, or training programs is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
