Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Trading Academy Business Co-Founder role. The Business Co-Founder will be responsible for establishing and scaling trading academies, building and managing a team, devising and executing marketing strategies, expanding client and investor networks, conducting market research, and developing partnerships to enhance business growth. Additionally, the co-founder will work closely with Star Net Ltd. to leverage the company’s technical and operational support while managing the business's strategic and operational activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to identify trends and craft data-driven strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively network, negotiate, and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Sales and Marketing expertise to develop and execute campaigns, drive client acquisition, and build the business brand.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented perspective and a passion for fintech and trading industries.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to build, guide, and manage teams.
- Experience in the financial or trading sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong self-motivation and adaptability.
