Job Title: Trader
Location: On-site
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and disciplined Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing trades, analyzing market trends, and maximizing profitability while managing risks effectively. This role requires strong decision-making skills and a deep understanding of financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute trades in Equity, Forex, and Cryptocurrency markets
• Analyze market trends using Technical Analysis & Fundamental Analysis
• Monitor real-time market data and identify trading opportunities
• Develop and implement trading strategies for consistent returns
• Manage risk using proper risk management techniques (Stop-loss, Position sizing)
• Maintain daily trading reports and performance tracking
• Stay updated with global financial news and market movements
• Collaborate with the research and strategy team
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Trader / Day Trader / Intraday Trader
• Strong knowledge of stock market, forex market, and crypto trading
• Proficiency in Technical Indicators (RSI, MACD, Moving Averages, etc.)
• Understanding of chart patterns & price action strategies
• Familiarity with trading platforms like MetaTrader, TradingView, Zerodha Kite
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Certifications like NISM, CFA (Level 1 or above) are a plus
• Experience in Algorithmic Trading / Automated Trading Systems
