Position: Trade Support Executive
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Application Support / Production Support / Trading Systems
Minimum Requirement:
3–6 years of experience in Application Support / Production Support / Trading Systems
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance Technology, or related field
Monitor and support post-trade systems and trading platforms
- Experience into Oil and Gas project
- Investigate trade breaks, reconciliation issues, and system incidents
- Support trade lifecycle processing and operational workflows
- Perform trade data validation and reconciliation analysis
- Troubleshoot production issues affecting trading operations
- Coordinate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors
