Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The position involves working on trade settlements, reconciliations, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), syndicated loans, bank loans, and public and private credit. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end trade processing, overseeing accurate reconciliation of transactions, and ensuring the timely resolution of discrepancies. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Trade Settlement, Syndicated Loans, Bank Loans, and Public & Private Credit processes.
- Knowledge of Reconciliation processes, including transaction matching and resolving data discrepancies.
- Familiarity with Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) operations and management.
- Proficiency in financial product workflows and data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a financial services or asset management firm is a plus.
