Role Description
As a Trade Sales Manager, you will oversee and grow trade products and services, specifically in the Jaipur region. This is a full-time, on-site role where your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, driving business growth, and meeting targeted revenue goals. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide bespoke financial solutions for businesses, ensure compliance with regulations, monitor trade transactions, and promote trade products to new and existing clients. Your role will also involve market analysis to identify trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen and experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Understanding of trade and financial products such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, trade finance, and working capital solutions
- Proficiency in business development, market analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams to achieve business targets
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in trade finance or sales
