🏢 Industry Preference: Retail, Luxury, Telecom, FMCG (Field Marketing)

🔎 Role Overview

As an Activation Manager, you will be responsible for:

✔ Flawless execution of central BTL campaigns

✔ Hyper-local marketing initiatives to drive walk-ins

✔ Catchment mapping and recce activities

✔ Managing local vendor operations

✔ Lead generation via RWAs, cross-promotions & field activations

✔ Ensuring brand guideline adherence and reporting

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Local catchment planning (5–10 km radius)

Execute regional BTL campaigns & manage promoters

Local business partnerships and cross-promotions

Lead generation & digital lead reporting

Vendor supervision and invoice verification

Support store teams with activation requirements
