MAS Foods is a South Indian FMCG company with 38 years of market presence, known for authentic, quality products loved by millions of households across the region. We are looking for a sharp, driven Trade Marketing Manager to lead our growth across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Wholesale in Tamil Nadu building brand presence, driving offtake, and owning execution end-to-end.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Owning up the complete planning and in-market roll-out of New Products into the market (Launch quantity, Channel Pipeline Management, Visibility & Merchandising etc)
- Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
- Executing activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
- Executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers / wholesalers.
- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
- Executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget
What are we looking for?
- 5–7 years of FMCG trade marketing experience with a strong track record of execution
- Deep knowledge of the Tamil Nadu market — GT dynamics, key towns, distributor landscape
- Hands-on experience in Modern Trade (chains, MBO) and Wholesale (mandatory)
- Strong ability to balance brand-building priorities with day-to-day trade execution
- On-ground mindset — comfortable in the field
- Knowledge of Tamil language is a mandatory
