Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trade Marketing Executive role based in Ghaziabad. The Trade Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of trade marketing plans across channels, including modern trade, general trade, and export partners. Responsibilities include coordinating promotions, merchandising activities, and in-store visibility, as well as tracking performance of trade schemes and promotional campaigns. The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to align trade initiatives with business goals and inventory plans. The Trade Marketing Executive will also analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to recommend improvements, prepare regular reports, and support participation in trade events and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Strong Trade Marketing and Sales & Marketing skills, with experience executing channel programs and in-store promotions.
- Market Planning capabilities, including developing trade calendars, schemes, and visibility plans.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and ROI on trade initiatives.
- Effective Communication skills for coordination with internal teams, distributors, retailers, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent specialization in Marketing is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in trade or brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple projects, and travel as needed for market visits and events.
