Role Description
The Senior Trade Manager will oversee and manage trade operations, ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering client relationships. Responsibilities include monitoring trade transactions, providing guidance on trade finance products, and driving business growth through effective client engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role also involves analyzing market trends, ensuring risk mitigation, and identifying strategic business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of trade finance operations, risk management, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in relationship management and the ability to engage effectively with corporate clients.
- Analytical skills for monitoring trade transactions and identifying market opportunities.
- Experience in team leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Relevant experience in banking or financial services, particularly in trade finance or similar domains.
