🚀 We’re Hiring: Trade Compliance Specialist📍 Location: Jaipur (On-Site)

About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth and compliant import/export operations while working closely with internal teams, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities. If you have a strong understanding of global trade regulations and logistics processes, this role is for you.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:- Stay updated with import/export laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Assist in determining accurate Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes for imports
- Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure correct filing and documentation
- Ensure all import shipments meet Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements
- Conduct post-entry audits (HTS, valuation, country of origin, etc.)
- Support brokers with post-entry corrections and compliance adjustments
- Monitor ACH payments to CBP and coordinate with finance for timely payments
- Oversee duty drawback claims and related documentation (proof of export, endorsements, etc.)
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for export shipments
- Provide guidance and support to offshore teams on compliance processes
- Handle additional compliance-related tasks as required
✅ Requirements:- 3–5 years of experience in Trade Compliance or similar function
- Exposure to Canadian import/export regulations
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with initiative to address compliance issues
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Strong prioritization and project management skills
