SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain Management, and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP projects, drive supply chain transformation, and optimize vendor and procurement processes across geographies. This role requires strong project management, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable and efficient solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations, including SD, MM, TM, EWM, integration with FI/CO, FIORI, and customizations.

Drive Order-to-Cash, inventory & demand planning, logistics, and production processes.

Execute ERP Greenfield & Rollout projects, including data migration (LTMC, ALE), automation, and analytics.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, gap analysis, blueprinting, cutover, and post-implementation support.

Lead and mentor multi-functional teams (up to 12+) across geographies.

Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and solutions.

Implement supply chain and vendor management practices, including procurement, warehousing, freight (road/rail/SEZ), imports/exports, vendor evaluation, contracting, registration, and tender management (GEM portal & government portals).

Optimize costs and operational efficiency across supply chain processes.

Conduct business process mapping, functional specifications (FS) creation, and system enhancements.

Leverage Generative AI and analytics tools for process improvement and decision-making.

Support pre-sales activities, solution design, and product management initiatives.
