Media247 is a performance-driven digital agency managing multi-million dirham ad budgets across the UAE and GCC. We don't run campaigns — we build revenue systems. And right now, we need someone who lives and breathes tracking infrastructure.
This isn't a "set up GTM and call it a day" role. We need someone who understands the full signal chain — from browser event to CRM stage to offline conversion upload — and can own it end to end across every major platform.

🎯 What You'll Own
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Build and maintain offline conversion ecosystems across Meta (CAPI), Google (Enhanced Conversions), TikTok (Events API), and Snapchat (CAPI)
• Map CRM pipeline stages (Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Closed Won) to platform conversion events and ensure clean, deduplicated signal flow
• Diagnose and fix event match quality issues, deduplication errors, and data gaps across platforms
• Set up and QA GTM containers, data layers, and server-side tracking configurations
• Work with GA4, ensuring event schemas are structured for meaningful attribution reporting
• Identify signal leakage — find where conversions are being lost between the CRM and the ad platforms and fix it
• Document all tracking architectures so the wider team can operate and scale them

✅ You're the Right Person If...
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• You have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in tracking and conversion infrastructure — agency experience preferred
• You've personally implemented offline conversion uploads or server-side event pipelines — not just read about them
• You can look at a Meta Event Match Quality score of 4.2 and know exactly where to start fixing it
• You understand the difference between browser-side, server-side, and hybrid tracking — and when to use each
• You've worked with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and understand how CRM data maps to ad platform signals
• You're comfortable working independently, managing your own QA process, and flagging issues before they become problems
• UAE/GCC market experience is a strong plus
