🚛 We’re Hiring: Tracking & Tracing Coordinator – Canadian Carrier
📍 Location: Patiala / Remote
💼 Experience: 1–3+ Years
🕐 Shift: Night Shift | Canadian Operations
We are looking for an experienced Tracking & Tracing Coordinator to join our team and support our Canadian trucking operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and track trucks and shipments in real time.
* Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
* Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers.
* Follow up on pickup and delivery status.
* Identify delays, breakdowns, or service issues and escalate them promptly.
* Maintain accurate tracking records and daily reports.
* Ensure consistent communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.
* Handle after-hours tracking and tracing requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
* Previous experience in Canadian trucking / logistics is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of tracking & tracing procedures.
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable working night shifts.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments.
* Experience with transportation management systems or tracking software is an advantage.
