About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Tracking Agent. This role involves managing customer interactions, track shipments, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate dispatch operations and track service delivery
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
✅ Monitor schedules and update dispatch logs in real-time
Requirements
✅ Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
✅ Basic computer proficiency
✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
