As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of this mission, connecting customers with solutions that make a real difference.


We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about optimising cloud infrastructure and automation processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform for scalable and secure provisioning.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure platform provisioning aligns with ISO and SOC compliance standards while collaborating with the InfoSec team to maintain security best practices.
  • Containerisation & Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerised applications using Docker and other orchestration tools.
  • Observability & Monitoring: Provision and maintain observability platforms such as DataDog, Splunk, or New Relic to gain monitoring and performance insights.
  • Incident Management: Establish and oversee monitoring and incident management processes to ensure system reliability.
  • Workflow Development: Develop and implement workflows that align with an incident management plan.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Manage and optimise CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Travis, and other automation frameworks.
  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):Perform SRE duties to ensure system availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Application Support: Work closely with application teams to support application deployment and performance monitoring.
  • Cloud Administration: Administer and optimise AWS environments(GCP experience is acceptable, but AWS is preferred).


About You

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)principles.
  • Solid experience with AWS (or GCP) cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO and SOC compliance standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration tools.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as DataDog, Splunk, or New Relic.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Experience with incident management and SRE best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
