Job Description – Trace One DevEx AMS Developer
Position: Trace One DevEx AMS Developer
Experience: 3–5 Years

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Trace One DevEx AMS Developer with 3–5 years of experience in application maintenance, support, development, and troubleshooting.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Trace One DevEx applications, resolving production issues, implementing enhancements, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth application operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) for Trace One DevEx applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Handle L2/L3 production support and perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Develop and implement application enhancements and change requests.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor application performance and identify potential issues proactively.
- Work on application configurations, integrations, workflows, and customizations.
- Perform debugging, testing, deployment, and post-production validation.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation, incident reports, and knowledge-base documents.
- Participate in release management and ensure changes are implemented as per defined processes.
- Follow ITIL/AMS processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in application development and maintenance/support.
- Hands-on experience with Trace One DevEx or relevant Trace One product ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with application integrations and APIs.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of SDLC and release/deployment processes.
- Experience working with ticketing/incident management systems.
- Good understanding of L2/L3 support processes.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in PLM / Product Lifecycle Management applications.
- Experience with Trace One products.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure/AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD and source-control tools such as Git.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.

Education
Bachelor's degree in
