About the role

At Trac, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Support professional to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues via email, phone, and chat - Provide step-by-step guidance and support to users on various platform features and functionalities - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution - Identify and document recurring problems, and work with the product team to implement solutions - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and track performance metrics - Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with platform updates and new features Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues - Familiarity with web-based applications and a willingness to learn new technologies - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using various support tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
