Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Training and Placements Officer based in Pune Division. The role involves managing campus placements, building relationships with corporates, organizing recruitment drives, and ensuring students are prepared for interviews. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with students to assess their training needs, conducting soft-skills workshops, and collaborating with academic teams to enhance employability through skill development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Campus Placement and College Recruiting processes
- Strong Communication skills and ability to build industry relationships
- Expertise in delivering and coordinating Soft Skills and Training sessions
- Organizational and multitasking capabilities with a goal-driven approach
- Prior experience in academia or recruitment will be an advantage
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, or a related field
