Job Responsibilities -
- Lead core TPM implementation across all group plants with focus on operational excellence and loss reduction.
- Drive and monitor JIPM certification readiness and ensure consistent TPM pillar activities.
- Build a strong TPM culture through training, audits, and cross-functional team engagement.
- Guide plant TPM leaders and align plant-wise progress with group-level TPM roadmap.
- Oversee EHS compliance across plants and implement proactive safety systems and audits.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to QMS standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) across the group.
- Coordinate internal and external audits related to TPM, EHS, QMS, and Sustainability.
- Facilitate benchmarking, best practice sharing, and standardization of processes across plants.
- Report key metrics and improvement plans to the leadership for all four verticals – TPM (core), EHS, Sustainability, and QMS.
