Key Responsibilities
1. TPM Strategy & Deployment
• Develop and execute TPM roadmap aligned with organizational goals
• Lead implementation of all TPM pillars (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Quality Maintenance, etc.)
• Drive TPM maturity assessments and benchmarking
2. Operational Excellence
• Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) through data-driven initiatives
• Identify and eliminate losses (breakdowns, minor stops, speed losses, defects)
• Lead root cause analysis using structured problem-solving tools
3. Autonomous Maintenance Leadership
• Establish and sustain operator-led maintenance systems
• Develop standards for cleaning, lubrication, and inspection (CLIT)
• Audit and monitor compliance across production lines
4. Planned & Predictive Maintenance
• Optimize preventive maintenance schedules
• Introduce predictive maintenance techniques (condition monitoring, vibration analysis, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering teams for reliability improvement
5. Data Analytics & Reporting
• Analyze equipment performance data and downtime trends
• Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership review
• Use KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement
6. Continuous Improvement & Kaizen
• Lead Kaizen workshops and cross-functional improvement projects
• Promote Lean Manufacturing principles
• Facilitate small group activities (SGA)
7. Training & Capability Building
• Design and deliver TPM training programs
• Mentor operators, supervisors, and maintenance staff
• Build internal TPM champions
8. Safety, Quality & Compliance
• Integrate TPM with safety and quality systems
• Support zero breakdown, zero defect, and zero accident goals
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and audits

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical / industrial engineering
• 4–8+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or TPM roles
• TPM certification (preferred)
• Experience in industries like automotive, FMCG, pharma, or heavy engineering
