Location: Best Western| Fairmont, MN
Position: Part-Time, Overnight Front Desk Agent
Shift: 11pm to 7am
Schedule: Monday through Sunday (Weekends Required)
Pay: $16/hr to $18/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
- Work independently by maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
- Monitor the property for safety and security – reporting concerns as needed
- Complete daily audit tasks and reports
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
