• Availability: Must be available Thursdays and Weekends along with holidays!
• Experience: Required in both bartending and serving
• Role: Must be open to performing both bartending and serving duties
• Shifts:Part-time w/ Full-time potential; Am and Afternoon/evening shifts, typically starting around 12 PM

We are looking for Bartenders who are passionate about delivering an amazing guest experience using exceptional service and precise beverage preparation. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of professional, hard-working, and energetic individuals empowered to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The ability to work in a team environment and follow established systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver impeccable customer service by engaging with guests, making them feel welcome, and attending to their needs with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  
  
• Stay current on beverage trends, including beers, wines, spirits, and mixers.
  
  
• Craft creative and classic cocktails with precision and flair.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies, ingredients, and equipment are stocked and ready.
  
  
• Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining overall bar flow, timely service, and guest satisfaction.
  
  
• Navigate the POS to start and close tabs accurately.
  
  
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and enforce age restrictions.
  
  
• Collaborate with fellow bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
  
  
• Handle guest concerns professionally and provide swift resolutions.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, including taking orders, providing recommendations, and actively listening to guest preferences.
  
  

What You Will Bring:

• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  
  
• Understanding of POS systems; InfoGenesis experience is a plus.
  
  
• Minimum 1-year previous bartending experience.
  
  
• Understanding of alcohol laws and guidelines; relevant training certificates preferred.
  
  
• Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
  
  
• Ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
  
  
• Availability to work weekends.
