Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for a TPA Manager at Orchid Medical Centre. The TPA Manager will be responsible for managing third-party administrator (TPA) processes, including handling insurance claims, documentation, and communication with insurance providers. Additional responsibilities include overseeing billing processes, resolving patient queries related to insurance, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing insurance claims, TPA processes, and understanding of healthcare and hospital operations
- Strong coordination skills for working with internal teams, insurance providers, and patients
- Attention to detail for reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance with healthcare and insurance regulations
- Effective communication and customer service skills for resolving patient queries professionally
- Prior experience in healthcare administration or hospital TPA operations is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Working knowledge of healthcare IT systems or billing software is an advantage
