Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a TPA Insurance Manager. The TPA Insurance Manager will oversee third-party insurance operations, handle financial processes, ensure high-quality customer service, manage a team, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing insurance claims, maintaining compliance with policies, driving sales efforts related to insurance services, and improving operational efficiency within the department.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Insurance operations
- Proven experience in Team Management and fostering collaboration among team members
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to address client needs with professionalism
- Proficiency in Sales strategies, with the ability to contribute to achieving revenue targets
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in insurance or managerial disciplines are a plus
