Role Description
We are seeking a TPA (Third Party Administration) Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our facility in Delhi, India. The TPA Executive will manage and coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate cashless treatments, claim approvals, and timely disbursals. Responsibilities include processing insurance claims, maintaining accurate documentation, liaising with patients and insurance providers, and ensuring compliance with regulations and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in claim management, insurance coordination, and cashless treatment processes
- Strong organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, insurance providers, and internal teams
- Ability to analyze and verify insurance policies and claim eligibility with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of medical billing terminology and health insurance policies
- Proficiency in relevant software tools or platforms used for insurance claim processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle patient concerns tactfully
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field are advantageous
- Prior experience in a healthcare or insurance-related role is preferred but not mandatory
