Job details:
1. Claim Management
o Handle end-to-end claim process from pre-authorization to final payment reconciliation
o Manage claims for all government and private panels
o Respond to TPA/insurance queries and ensure timely resolution
2. Empanelment (Optional but Preferred)
o Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for hospital empanelment
o Maintain relationships with different panels
o Understand and manage required documentation and agreements
3. Insurance Patient Counselling
o Guide patients regarding insurance treatment process
o Explain policy coverage, approvals, and possible deductions
o Handle situations of claim denial and collect payment accordingly
