Do you want to be part of PPDS and contribute to our growth aspiration? This is your chance! We are in search of an experienced and enthusiastic Field application engineer for the EMEA region. Main responsibilities are support towards customers in the field using our products as well as performing fast feedback towards product development & service. - Review of operator specific requirements documents and test specifications. - Define, prepare, introduce and steer required innovative test equipment (tools, streams, etc.). - Prepare and execute subset of system validation activities specific to the field issue and innovation. - Write problem reports and report on product quality. Take care of reproducibility, record streams, take dumps, describe TV conditions, and upload material. - Communicates actively with the different customers in the field and internal stakeholders. - Presales support for the PPDS EMEA Sales team towards customer inquiries. - Provide 2nd level field support to B2B customers in the case of technical queries or issues - Arrange trials, product evaluation, exhibitions and training for internal as well as external people - Organize and solve field complaints, rework actions in cooperation with the Service department. - Monitor and verify hardware/software improvements with product management and communicate towards customers - Field status reporting on regular base - Being involved in testing of new equipment
