The Opportunity TP Group is building a new line of business centered around B2B Sales and Revenue-as-a-Service. As a result, we are investing heavily in building the strategy and the team to accelerate growth while supporting and educating local business development (BD) teams on this new offering to ensure we are presenting a solid, consistent story to the market that showcases the value TP can bring to our clients in this area. To that end, we are recruiting a Director of Business Intelligence to join this new LOB and play a critical role in shaping the strategy and performance of our B2B global sales organization. This leader will be responsible for developing commercial and performance models, conducting sales forecasting analysis, and driving lead conversion efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, execution capabilities, and a strong analytical mindset. Collaboration with external partners and internal teams to enhance data quality and insights will be essential ingredients for success in this role. The Responsibilities & Duties Collaborate with executive leadership to define sales strategies and targets that align with overall business objectives. Develop comprehensive commercial models that outline revenue projections and growth opportunities. Conduct thorough analysis of sales forecasts, lead conversion metrics, and revenue performance to identify trends and actionable insights. Create and maintain reporting dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and market dynamics. Lead market research initiatives to analyse TP's competitive landscape and customer needs, leveraging insights to inform sales strategies and tactics. Partner with external companies specializing in sourcing, enrichment, quality, scoring, prioritization, segmentation, and automation to enhance data-driven decision-making. Drive the execution of business intelligence initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and operational goals. Analyze existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement in reporting and analytics. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and B2B sales performance analysis. The Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field, preferably within a B2B sales environment. Strong proficiency in reporting tools and dashboard creation (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting, lead conversion analysis, and market research methodologies. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Strong people skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external partners. Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive revenue growth. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Successful track record in peer collaboration. Excellent ability to understand client business drivers and objectives. Highest standards of ethical behavior.
