Join our Toyota Heavy Duty Team as a Financial Analyst!

The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Financial Analyst who brings strong business acumen, curiosity, and strong problem-solving capabilities to the table. In this role, you will support enterprise-wide financial planning, profitability analysis, and reporting while partnering cross-functionally to drive data-informed decision-making. You’ll play a key role in shaping insights that influence both current operations and future strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead profitability planning and analysis across multiple business segments to support strategic growth initiatives
  • Drive expense planning and departmental spend analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Develop and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to support business unit decision-making
  • Support the development of the annual financial plan and contribute to forecasting activities
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports and executive-level materials, including written and verbal insights

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, reporting, or planning
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP
  • Professional certification (such as Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
  • Proven ability to streamline processes and drive operational efficiencies

Where and When You’ll Work:

  • Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our East Chicago, IN office Monday through Wednesday and work remotely Thursday, Friday.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $57,250 – $73,395 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
