Senior Product Designer | Design Systems

As a Senior Designer on the Design Systems team at Toyota Connected North America, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the design system that powers digital experiences across Toyota. Our design system empowers product teams to build cohesive, high quality, and accessible automotive experiences used by millions of customers worldwide. You will work with a global, centralized team of designers and engineers to expand and evolve Toyota's design system to meet ever expanding needs of the organization. You will be responsible for leading design system initiatives, including the creation and maintenance of design tokens, components, templates, documentation and resources related to the design system. You will partner closely with customers and researchers to drive strategic decisions, ensuring that design solutions are aligned with user needs and business goals.
