Quantitative Trader - North America

We are seeking talented Quantitative Traders to join our North America trading team. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Developing and implementing quantitative trading strategies across diverse asset classes - Identifying and analyzing trading opportunities using a variety of data sources and modeling techniques - Collaborating with our research and technology teams to enhance and expand our trading capabilities - Monitoring and managing trading risk on a real-time basis - Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact trading performance To be successful in this role, you should have: - Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex models - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java - Experience in algorithmic trading, quantitative research, or financial engineering - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and teamwork skills
