About the role

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of corporate communications strategy, budget and approach and identify
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets including definitions and formulas to monitor achievement of communication objectives
  • Assist in the development of crisis management plan across all platforms to ensure TDF’s reputation and rights are secured in times of crisis and emergencies
  • Develop media monitoring and reporting approach and media screening plan to measure achievement of communication objectives
  • Monitor implementation of all corporate communication plans and initiatives ensuring adherence to pre-set strategy, budget and plan and recommend improvement actions for enhancement
  • Develop detailed responses to media mentions in line with TDF’s brand and communication objectives and reply in a timely manner
  • Collect media reach metrics, perform complex analysis of results, highlight gaps, and recommend improvement actions for enhancement to ensure achievement of marketing and communications objectives
  • Supervise execution of internal communications in close coordination with Human Capital to engage TDF employees and keep them aware

Job Requirements


Minimum Education Level:

  • Bachelor's degree

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • 4-6 Years of Experience in the field of Corporate Communication/Marketing
