**The role**
As an Operations Associate at TourHero, you’ll be at the heart of our operations team, creating unforgettable travel experiences for our global customers. You’ll collaborate with our TourHeroes, matching them with suppliers and operators to build highly customised itineraries across various clusters (Wellness, MBA, etc.). From coordinating trip details to ensuring a smooth customer journey, your role is essential in driving the success and growth of our business.
**What you’ll be doing**
* Transform customer briefs into seamless travel experiences.
* Coordinate with operators to meticulously plan and execute trips.
* Collaborate with the CX team to proactively resolve and prevent customer issues.
* Conduct detailed consultative calls to understand and document clients’ travel needs and budgets.
* Oversee reservations, special requests, and payments efficiently.
* Finalise and verify detailed itineraries, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
* Maintain clear and efficient communication with TourHeroes, travellers, and operators to foster long-lasting client relationships.
**The ideal profile**
* 1-3 years of experience in travel, marketing, customer experience, business, or related fields is a bonus
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Proven ability to meet goals and KPIs within deadlines
* Creative problem-solver who excels in improving processes and strategies
* Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
* Strong project management skills
* Outstanding customer service abilities
