Key Responsibilities- Handle leads via calls, WhatsApp, & Email.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic travel packages
- Build trust with travellers and guide them throughout the booking journey
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Follow up with leads in a structured and timely manner
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads and bookings
Whom are we looking for?- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (travel domain preferred)
- Good knowledge of domestic travel destinations (like Ladakh, Spiti, Himachal, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
- Humble, patient, and people-first approach
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to understand customer psychology and build rapport
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
