Job Title: Tour Operator / Travel ConsultantLocation: Jaipur
Salary: As per experience (₹15,000 – ₹35,000)
Experience: 1–5 Years (Freshers with travel knowledge can also apply)
Job Responsibilities:- Plan and organize domestic and international tour packages for clients.
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors for bookings.
- Manage reservations for flights, hotels, cabs, and sightseeing tours.
- Provide accurate information about destinations, visas, and travel policies.
- Handle bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Knowledge of travel destinations, tour planning, and travel industry trends.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, booking portals).
- Experience in travel agency, tour company, hotel, or wedding travel industry is preferred.

- Customer handling and sales experience
