Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Packaging Consultant role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop attractive domestic and international travel packages based on market demand and client requirements
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other vendors for rates, availability, and smooth operations
- Negotiate competitive pricing to ensure cost-effective packages while maintaining quality standards and profitability
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, and other inclusions
- Update and maintain package pricing, inclusions, and promotional offers on a regular basis
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to enhance package competitiveness
- Handle vendor communications and maintain strong professional relationships
- Ensure all packages comply with company policies and operational standards
- Communicate politely and professionally with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate knowledge of global and domestic destinations, including attractions, culture, and travel guidelines
- Assist clients in selecting suitable destinations and packages based on their needs and preferences
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Coordinate end-to-end travel operations to ensure seamless execution of bookings and itineraries
- Offer personalized recommendations to enhance the overall travel experience
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for confirmations, documentation, and feedback
- Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies efficiently and professionally
- Clearly communicate package details, inclusions, exclusions, and terms and conditions
- Stay updated on international travel trends, visa requirements, and safety regulations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service
