Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Manager based in Delhi, India. The Tour Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of travel itineraries, manage client bookings, and provide customer service to facilitate smooth travel experiences. Responsibilities also include working with vendors, ensuring timely arrangements for accommodations, tours, and transportation, and addressing client concerns during trips. The role requires strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple travel schedules simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Travel Planning, Coordination, and Itinerary Management skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Vendor Collaboration and Relationship Management experience
- Time Management and Organizational competencies
- Multitasking and Problem-Solving abilities
- Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry in India
- Proficiency in computer applications and travel management software
- Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Ability to work in a busy on-site environment with a flexible schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
